    Amazon is truly becoming "America's Store", and is primed for success as the real estate market recognizes a growing demand for country side properties as people flock away from the city.

    America is moving, and Amazon is primed to reap the benefits. SteelHouse CEO Mark Douglas appeared on FOX Business to weigh in on Amazon’s latest stock earnings, whose sales are up 40%. He has a bullish view on the global retailer, which is one of the few companies who have stood to gain from the pandemic.

    Douglas, who is currently working remotely from the English countryside, factors in the real estate market in his predictions. “I have spoken to real estate agents here, who have cited record sales – this will favor Amazon.”

    The mass exodus from cities to small towns and countries isn’t a short term trend according to Douglas, “Amazon is truly becoming America’s store. This is a trend that is going to go beyond COVID-19. I think it’s a permanent shift.”
