SteelHouse Hires CFO Amidst Rapid Growth

SteelHouse’s Chief Financial Officer Looks to Facilitate Growth in 2015 as the Company Continues to Expand

LOS ANGELES, CA (APRIL 24, 2015) – Marketing technology company, SteelHouse™ ( welcomes Sian Wang to the team as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy, and business development.

Sian received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania in Finance and Strategic Management, a J.D from Columbia Law School and an A.B in Politics from Princeton University.

Sian started his career as a corporate lawyer on Wall Street, where he practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Kirkland & Ellis in the areas of M&A., private equity, and debt and equity financings. He later moved to Silicon Valley where he has held a variety of finance, strategy, corporate development, and business development roles at Siebel Systems, McKinsey & Company, and Intuit where he was CFO of the Payments division.

Today, Sian leads SteelHouse’s finance team, driving financial and strategic planning in addition to fundraising and investor relation initiatives. Sian is tasked with bringing a strategic lens to the financial management of the company in order to prioritize and allocate resources effectively as SteelHouse scales. In a recent press release, the company reported tripling its revenue year-over-year and is expecting to accelerate their growth with several key product initiatives, new hires, and new office locations.
