Mark oversees the direction of SteelHouse with his 20 years of product development experience gained through repeated success in helping fast-growth companies transition into emerging markets.
He started at Oracle. Shortly after, Mark founded a series of successful startups resulting in IPOs and acquisitions. He was the VP of Technology at eHarmony where he built personality-matching technology. More recently, Mark built new technology for Rubicon Project as the VP of Engineering.
Chief Product Officer
Marwan drives the next generation of SteelHouse's products. He works closely with the product teams to inspire and develop pivotal, game-changing product visions, while also directing the company's overall product roadmap.
He has developed marketing technology and innovative, accessible product interfaces and platforms for numerous companies. Previously, Marwan was VP of Marketing at mobileStorm, Inc. and VP of Product Marketing at the Rubicon Project.
Chief Monetization Officer
Chris leads the Campaign Performance team to ensure that all SteelHouse's clients not only achieve their marketing goals, but also surpass them.
He held several marketing and SEM roles before heading to eCampus.com, an IR top 200 company. Before joining SteelHouse, he helped Bluewire Media create online marketing strategies as their VP of Marketing.
Vince comes to SteelHouse with 20+ years of technology sales experience. He leads the rapidly growing sales team in initiating, building, and maintaining customer and partner relationships.
He started in sales with Mastering Computers, which was acquired by Computer Associates, marketing technology training to corporate IT professionals. He later lead the revenue charge at several technology companies, including Critical Path, the largest IPO of 1999.
Chief Financial Officer
Sian leads the Finance team, driving financial and strategic planning. Here he sets prioritization and allocates resources to ensure the company scales efficiently and delivers on its financial commitments. He is also responsible for cultivating relationships with existing and potential investors.
Sian started his career as a corporate lawyer on Wall Street. From there, he worked in Silicon Valley at Siebel Systems, McKinsey & Company, and Intuit where he was CFO of the Payments division.
Head of People, Culture & Entertainment
Anna is the heart and soul of SteelHouse; it is said the company would not have its rich culture without her. She leads the charge ensuring every team member forms a strong relationship with both their team and the company.
She started her career in music and entertainment management before being drawn to the world of startups. Since then she has worn many hats, ranging from finance to accounting and human resources.
Kathleen Prior Louis
Head of Talent
Kathleen leads Recruitment at SteelHouse, driving talent acquisition strategy and execution while maintaining company culture and building the employment brand.
She has been instrumental in optimizing and defining best practices for talent acquisition in a number of successful organizational build-outs. Kathleen brings expertise from the intersection of media and tech industries, from high growth start-ups such as Hulu to larger global brands like Experian Marketing Services.
