We are looking for a Senior Interactive/Web Designer to join our evolving Creative team. You’ll enjoy numerous opportunities to learn and enhance your digital design skills using our cutting-edge A² technology. You’ll work directly with our Creative Director, Art Director, Interactive Designers, Senior Creative Developer, Creative Developers, Account Managers and Project Manager on various projects including our website, display banners, onsite offers, digital marketing collateral and other digital projects for a variety of notable brands, including MLB, MTV, Quiznos, Getty Images, Speedo, 7 For All Mankind, Vans, Oakley, and more. The position will have the following responsibilities:

  • Redesign and rebrand our current website
  • Manage internal dashboards, priority listings, and internal deadlines
  • Design interactive and static banners, pushdowns, onsite offers and expandable units
  • Design digital marketing materials
  • Design digital banner templates
  • Collaborate with developers to produce interactive and engaging content using our proprietary A² technology
  • Work efficiently as part of a team in a dynamic tech environment
  • Consistently deliver projects under tight deadlines


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Advertising, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
  • 3+ years of demonstrable and relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop
  • Digital design experience
  • Strong typography skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Mac proficiency
