The Ad Operations team is a fundamental team within SteelHouse and part of the wider Client Services team. The Client Services team is seeking an energetic and highly-detail oriented individual who can manage live campaigns, analyze data, and think outside of the box. This person will work with new technologies to optimize campaigns towards their KPI targets (ROAS, eCPA, eCPC, CTR, etc), manage company margins, create new optimization strategies, and provide feedback on performance and revenue predictions. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for Account Managers, Management, and the Sales team on campaign delivery and performance. He or she is also the point of contact with our network and publisher partners.


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college is required.
  • 0-2 years experience in ad operations, campaign management, or data analytics
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Comfortable with math equations
  • Clear and effective communicator
