SteelHouse is currently looking for talented Account Executives for our inside sales team located in Culver City, CA. We’re interested in people who want to grow with us, who are experienced, hungry sales professionals with a proven track record of closing sales. A successful Account Executive must be a highly motivated, self-driven sales professional. You will be responsible for generating client acquisitions through new and current product offerings. All sales activities will be conducted via the phone and email. We’ll train you, provide access to seasoned SteelHouse sales professionals to mentor you, and show you how to maximize your prospecting efforts using our CRM.


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals through new customer acquisition and management
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and presenting multiple solutions to ensure the best fit with prospect and customer needs
  • Ability to use critical thinking in a variety of situations including creatively solving “real world” problems faced by our target audience
  • Assertive, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced and changing environment, adapt to new situations quickly
  • Excellent computer and internet skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs, and excellent verbal and written skills
  • Experience with databases or CRM tools is a plus
